[For information only: Registration "deadline": 15th August. Please help us organise this meeting by registering now if you intend to participate! So as to encourage timely registration, we will hold the registration fees at the present levels until August 15th, after which we will add a "late registration charge" of £30 to all categories.

Until 15th August the registration fee will be £350 for residential attendees, and £230 for those not requiring accommodation. The registration fee includes lunches (Mon, Tues, Weds), evening meal (Mon), workshop dinner (Tues), break-time and poster session drinks and snacks (Mon, Tues). The "residential" fee also includes accommodation (with breakfast) at St Edmund Hall for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights. Rooms are single student rooms. If accommodation is required for Wednesday night, it is available at extra cost.
